Daniel Wells

Daniel , a proud Indigenous Australian residing in the vibrant city of Melbourne, Victoria, has established himself as a prominent figure in the realm of professional Australian Rules football. With a career spanning nearly two decades, Daniel's journey began in 2003 and recently reached a milestone with his retirement from the esteemed Collingwood Football Club.

Daniel has dedicated himself to breaking down barriers and paving the way for sustainable, long-term employment for Indigenous Australians. He recognises the inherent strengths and resilience of Indigenous communities and is steadfast in his belief that harnessing these qualities is key to overcoming systemic obstacles.

Beyond the football field, Daniel is actively involved in initiatives aimed at empowering Indigenous youth and priority communities promoting economic inclusion. Through mentorship programs and meaningful pathways he seeks to uplift and inspire the next generation of Indigenous leaders.

Felix Spiteri

Felix brings to the table a wealth of expertise as a trained electrician with over twenty years of hands-on experience in electrical construction and maintenance. Throughout his extensive career, Felix has honed his skills and knowledge, becoming proficient in various aspects of the field.

Driven by a deep-seated passion for advocacy, Felix is committed to championing the rights and opportunities of Aboriginal Australians. Recognising the disparities in employment outcomes faced by Indigenous communities, he has taken it upon himself to bridge the gap between workers and employers.

With a proactive approach, Felix actively seeks out opportunities to facilitate meaningful connections within the industry. Whether it's through networking events, mentorship programs, or resource-sharing initiatives, he endeavors to create pathways that empower Aboriginal individuals to thrive in their professional endeavors.
